Wind energy holds a leading position among other renewable sources in electricity production. The competitive advantage of wind turbines to be connected every electrical grid around the world and 2030 targets EU have led their high penetration all countries, especially European ones. power plants are installed areas with sufficient conditions, which simultaneously, exposed lightning activity, creating risks smooth operation. Considering fact that there more installations different soil topographic characteristics demand for reliable, economically efficient, operation turbines, is need standardized solutions can adapted project-specific characteristics. In current work it introduced methodology intends provide modular protection plants, main drivers being techno-commerciality availability facility, adopted most sites having as basis relevant international standards.
